What is in Kratom

Kratom has many alkaloids including mitragynine (Reported in small doses to act as a stimulant, and in higher doses more opiate-like), Mitraphylline (Due to its structural similarity to mitragynine & 7-Hydroxymitragynine causes effects on mu and Delta opiate receptors), and 7-Hydroxymitragynine (Which studies have suggested is the main reason for the opioid effect of Kratom).
