Please understand we cannot answer any questions about dosages or consumption of Kratom, we do not sell for human consumption. This allows us to stay in business. Please see for this information.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship with in 24 hours and average transit times are about 2-5 business days.

Can you send me Tracking?
Yes, as soon as your order ships (usually with in 24 hours) we will send you a shipping confirmation via email which will include your tracking number.

Do you ship Discreetly?
Yes, even though Kratom is legal in most of the USA we respect your privacy by sending your order in a package with no reference to anything related. The return address will show as “Service Center” and your credit card/debit card statement will be a generic name.

Is Kratom Legal?
Kratom is legal in the majority of the USA however a few states have banned certain alkaloids in kratom – please check the current legality here.

How many capsules per ounce?
There are about 50 capsules per ounce. This does vary slightly per bottle and strain since we sell by weight and not per capsule. However we do not include capsule weight in the total so if you order 1 oz. you will get 1 full oz. of kratom.

What payments do you accept?

Where are you located?
We are based in the Seattle area in Washington State. All orders ship from this location. The closer you are the quicker your order will arrive but most orders don’t take longer than 5 business days any where in the USA. We are an online only company so sorry no pick ups at this time.

How do I know it’s safe to order from you?
First our payment processor is highly secure and encrypted. Your financial information is not seen by anyone other than the processor, not even us! Our e-Check processor is one of the oldest and most established in the USA following all the most up-to-date security measures.

Second we’ve been in business since 2009 with thousands of satisfied customers all over the USA, we are not a fly-by-night operation.

Thirdly you are covered if not satisfied with your order. We are always happy to replace or refund your order if it doesn’t work for you. Please see our return policy here.

What if my order is lost in transit?
This is very rare but if you don’t receive your order with in 6 business days (Mon-Fri) please contact us and we’ll look into it. We do offer a free replacement if the tracking does not show delivered past 9 business days, again this is very rare. Please note that during the holidays orders do take longer in transit than normal and policies are extended 2-3 days.
