How
long does it take to receive my order?
- Most orders ship
with in 24 hours and average transit times are about 2-5 business
days.
Can you send
me Tracking?
- Yes, as soon as your order ships (usually with in 24 hours)
we will send you a shipping confirmation via email which will
include your tracking number.
Do you ship Anonymously?
- Yes, even though Kratom is 100% legal in the USA we respect
your privacy by sending your order in a package with no reference
to anything related to Kratom. The return address will show
as "Service Center" and your credit card/debit card
statement will show as KC Distro.
What are the
differences between Kratom Strains?
You can read more about the different strains on the product
pages but here's a quick summary:
Bali
- Good all around Kratom. Probably the best overall
value.
Maeng
Da - Top of the line. Connoisseurs grade.
High Alkaloid content.
Borneo
Red Vein - Similar to Bali. More relaxing
properties.
Is Kratom Legal?
Kratom is 100% legal in the USA.
How many capsules
per ounce?
There are about 53 capsules per ounce. We do not charge for
the capsule weight like most other vendors.
What payments
do you accept?
You can make an order with a Credit Card, Debit Card or e-check.
Please be aware that e-check take 1-3 business days to clear.
Our payment processor is Paypal but you do not need a Paypal
account if using any major Credit Card or Debit Cards with
a Visa or Mastercard logo.
Where are you
located?
We are based in the Seattle area in Washington State. All
orders ship from this location. The closer you are the quicker
your order will arrive but most orders don't take longer than
4 business days any where in the USA. We are an online only
company so no pick ups at this time.
How do I know
it's safe to order from you?
First our payment processor is highly encrypted with a 128
bit SSL. Your financial information is not seen by anyone
other than the processor, not even us.
Secondly we accept safe forms of payment such as credit cards
so you can rest assured that you have recourse to get your
money back if anything goes wrong. Not only that but Paypal
is another security blanket that will help if anything goes
wrong. We will work with you on any issues but this is just
an extra safety measure for you.
Thirdly we've been in business since 2009 with many satisfied
customers, we are not a fly-by-night operation. If you look

What if my order
is lost in transit?
This is very rare but if you don't receive your order with
in 6 business days please contact
us and we'll look into reshipping your order free of charge.
